Coaching – how this works:

Typically, with regular coaching schedule established of 1-2 hour sessions occurring every 23 -4 weeks – and usually, over a period of 6 to 12 months.

We know that for behaviour shifts to happen; a minimum of 6 months is needed to embed new practices and behaviours.

A typical coaching program with us includes 4 key steps over 12-months:

  • Set the Stage - We get to know you and what makes you tick; your story, goals, motivations, what you want to achieve; this incl. a brief questionnaire prior to our first Session. We also include some psychometric testing 360-degree assessment & debrief.

  • Plot the Course - We set coaching objectives; based on what we have learned, and plot your personalised course for development.

  • Put your Plan into Action - We go deep and immersive, tackling and realising the goals we have landed on.

  • Measure Progress - What gets measured gets done. We like to run another 360-degree feedback evaluation to see how you’ve gone, get some real data to track progress and figure out what’s next. This sets you up to continue on your growth journey.

  • Be able to identify the difference between coaching, mentoring, training and therapy.

  • Boost your self-awareness and develop your own coaching style with the Personal Coaching Style Assessment & MBTI.

  • Learn the foundations of building learning agility within your teams and organisation through ongoing dialogue.

  • Deliver feedback with ease and better handle performance discussions.

  • Create a brave coaching and learning culture within your teams and organisation.
